Warning: Hoax emails have been identified attempting to capture customer username and password information.
The most recent hoax emails identified are known to have the following subject lines: (1) WEBMAIL UPGRADE or (2)BigPond account verification.
(1) This email asks users to provide username and passwords to prevent your email account being closed.
(2) This email advises that members that their email address has been used to unauthorised send spam emails and username and password are required to verify your account ownership.
These emails are designed to trick Members into providing their details which can then be used to gain unauthorised access to your service. If you receive this email, delete it. For an example of the latest threats click here
