Check and update your BigPond Broadband Cable client
If you're a BigPond Cable Member and you're still using 'Launchpad' (our older BigPond Cable login client), you should download our new login client that will help make managing your connection to BigPond Cable much easier. If you're still using Launchpad, you'd be logging in with the icon circled below, and your client would look like the one shown to the right below.
Some new features in the new Cable Login Client to help maximise your connection include:
Better stability and function with latest operating systems including Windows 2000, Windows XP and Mac OS X.
Automatic updates, so you'll only have to worry about downloading and installing this once.
Improved troubleshooting and error messaging to assist with identifying connection problems.
Better flexibility to help you use firewalls or routers.
The Cable login client can not be used to change your BigPond password. For instructions on how to change your password please refer to
Changing your BigPond Broadband password.
Download the new software
Downloading the new software over your BigPond Broadband Cable connection is un-metered so it won’t affect your monthly data usage.
