What is usage?

How can I monitor my usage?

Can I increase my usage allowance?

BigPond Members have the freedom to change plans with no penalty. In most cases, the change can take effect from 12am the next day. See more about changing plans.

What are unmetered sites?

Any information sent between your computer and our servers that belongs to an unmetered site doesn't count towards your usage, unless you have a Dial-Up, Satellite or hourly based plan. Learn more about unmetered sites.
