Computer systems outside our support boundaries

BigPond's free technical support only extends to the modems, hardware and software specified in our minimum system requirements. We focus on the most popular compatible hardware and software so that we can provide in-depth support information to our members.

We also offer limited telephone technical support to members with BYO modems, however our Online Help Centre is packed with installation and troubleshooting tips for the commonly used modems on Telstra's ADSL Modem list.

BigPond Premium Support is provided by our Premium Support Partner Gizmo and offers a far wider scope of support for problems with home network configurations, network devices, operating systems and software. Plus they offer a 'no fix, no fee' guarantee for your peace of mind.

Our Customer Terms for BigPond ADSL.
