How does it work?

BigPond Dial-Up connects to the internet using your phone line. All you need is a dial-up modem, which is built in to many computers or available separately at just about any computer store. We'll provide you with all the information you need to get your home or small business online quickly and easily.

Already a BigPond member?

  • If you're a BigPond Dial-Up Member you can upgrade to Broadband without paying a cancellation fee, even if you're on a contract
  • Members who upgrade to broadband can keep their dial-up email address.
  • BigPond Dial-Up Members can change plans any time, free of charge, once per billing period to better meet their needs
