Minimum package cost of a satellite plan on an 18-month contract is $2987.10 for the 256/64 500MB plan, $3347.10 for the 512/128 500MB plan, $3977.10 for the 512/128 1GB plan, $5597.10 for the 512/128 2GB plan and $10097.10 for the 800/128 4GB plan (based on category 1 urban installation). Additional usage and early termination fees may apply. BigPond® Satellite Broadband must be professionally installed. Once your application has been processed, BigPond will contact you to arrange a convenient time for installation to take place. For more on installation fees, click here.

Cancellation and reconnection
If you cancel your contract before the end of the 18 months, the cancellation fee will be pro-rated for the amount of the contract term left to run.
Our base cancellation fee is $699, so if you cancel with 6 months left on your contract, you will be charged $699 x 6/18 = $233.
If you reconnect your BigPond Satellite service after it has been temporarily disconnected for non-payment, we will charge you $108.90 (provided your satellite equipment is still in place and mounted/aligned). For reconnection charges that apply in other instances (for examples, if you are moving house), please see Part E - Satellite of the BigPond service section of Our Customer Terms.

2. Monthly Usage means your total data transfers (metered downloads and uploads) for each calendar month. 1 Gigabyte (GB) is 1,000 Megabytes (MB). Unused Monthly Usage forfeited.
