The minimum cost with a Bigpond Elite™ USB Mobile Card or a BigPond Elite™ Network Gateway over 12 months on a BigPond Liberty® 400MB plan is $758.40, BigPond Liberty® 1GB plan is $878.40, BigPond Liberty® 3GB is $998.40, BigPond Liberty® 6GB is $1,358.40 and BigPond Liberty® 10GB is $1,838.40 (plus $9.95 delivery fee for phone/online sales).
Please Note: You will be required to select either a mobile card or a Home Network Gateway to connect to a BigPond Wireless Broadband Service. Once you have selected your device, you will be unable to change or switch between device types. This does not prevent mobile card customers upgrading to a new mobile card and similarly for Network Gateway customers.
Plan Discounts and Device Rebates
Device Rebates
If you are a new BigPond Wireless Broadband customer and select a 24 month plan, you'll receive a device rebate of up to $299 depending on which device you select3. We'll even credit the rebate to your first bill after you've activated the account, so you won't need to worry about sending off an application form.
Monthly Plan Discounts
Already a Telstra or BigPond customer? You could receive a monthly discount of $10 or $20 a month, if you sign up to a new 24 month BigPond Wireless Broadband plan and combine it on a Single Bill with your Telstra full service home phone and another eligible service4.

Cancellation and reconnection
Contract cancellation fees
If you decide to cancel your service early, you will be liable for a cancellation fee of a maximum of $360, pro rated for the months remaining on your contract term.
For example, a customer who wants to cancel 9 months into a 12 month contract may have to pay a termination fee of $360 x 3/12 (the number of months left to run on the contract divided by 12 months) = $90.00.
Reconnection fees
If you choose to reconnect your BigPond Wireless service after it has been temporarily disconnected for non-payment, we may charge you a reconnection fee. The fee varies depending on whether you receive a BigPond bill or a Telstra Single Bill. If you receive a standalone BigPond bill, the reconnection fee is $40. If you have a Telstra Single Bill, please see the Telstra Single Bill terms and conditions for the applicable fee
BigPond Wireless Broadband Our Customer Terms
~ Excludes hourly plan customers.
- Usage means monthly combined upload and download data transfer. 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Unused included allowance expires each month.
- You can change plans once per month or billing period.
- Only one BigPond Wireless Broadband device rebate per customer. Device rebate for a BigPond Elite™ USB Mobile Card, BigPond Elite™ Network Gateway or 7.2 Home Network Gateway is $200. Device rebate for a BigPond Turbo™ USB Mobile Card is $299.
- Eligible services only count towards one offer. Incompatible with Telstra Reward Options and most other offers. If you cancel any of your qualifying services or Single Bill, you will be charged the standard monthly access fee for your internet service. Qualifying services are post-paid mobile plan, BigPond ADSL/Cable Broadband service and FOXTEL from Telstra services, provided that your combined monthly access fee is at least $89.

You must not use BigPond services to do any of these things.
