Whatever your situation, we have everything you'll need to get you up and running.

Installing wireless broadband
Self installation is easy and almost completely automatic. Just run the installation CD* that comes with your BigPond Wireless Broadband Kit, plug in your modem or mobile card when asked, and you'll be ready to roam in no time!
Your BigPond Wireless Broadband Kit will include:
- Your USB Mobile Card or Network Gateway
- The BigPond Wireless Broadband Connection Manager*
- The BigPond Broadband User Guide or Quick Start Guide
- For Modem users, all necessary cables
Installing a Wireless Network Gateway
You can either connect your laptop and/or desktop, games console or media players to the Wireless Network Gateway using either an Ethernet cable (wired), or a Wi-Fi interface (wirelessly).
Plug the gateways into a power point and you're ready to connect.
Is professional installation an option?
Professional installation is not available for BigPond Wireless Broadband because it's just so incredibly easy to set-up. Our self installation CD or Plug and Play devices will take care of you every step of the way - and all you need to do is connect the modem or mobile card to your computer.
That doesn't mean you're on your own though. If you run into trouble, please call BigPond Technical Support.
BigPond Wireless Broadband Our Customer Terms
* If you have the BigPond Wireless Broadband Turbo™ USB Mobile Card (MF633BP+) or the BigPond Elite™ USB Mobile Card (Sierra Wireless USB306 or USB308 - and you are Windows user), the installation CD is not required. The MF633BP and the Sierra Wireless USB306 or USB308 mobile cards are Plug and Play device so simply plug it in and follow the instructions.
