There are a few device options to choose from, so the following will help you in deciding which is right for you.
BigPond Elite™ USB Mobile Card
The BigPond Elite™ USB Mobile Card gives you access to Australia's fastest national wireless broadband network, with typical download speeds from 550kbps up to an incredible 8Mbps in all capitals and selected regional areas2. You could do everything on the internet faster in these areas. For example:
- Download a 1MB email attachment, in as little as4 seconds2.
- Download a 4MB song from BigPond in as little as 7 seconds2.
BigPond Turbo™ USB Mobile Card
The BigPond Turbo™ USB Mobile Card connects to a USB port, making it suitable for both laptops and desktop PCs*. Experience portable internet access with typical download speeds of 550kbps to 3Mbps1 and the freedom to switch between computers within Australia and use even overseas. The USB Mobile Card also has an optional antenna available to give you even greater coverage.
BigPond Elite™ Network Gateway
If ADSL or Cable aren't available to you, the BigPond Elite™ Network Gateway is a great alternative solution if you want to create a wireless network around your home. Now everyone can be online at the same time from almost anywhere in a typical home3. Just plug it into a power point, follow the simple set-up process and enjoy fast typical download speeds of 550kbps to 8Mbps in all capitals and selected regional areas2. Actual download speeds will be shared between users. Because it runs on the Next G™ network, it doesn't need a fixed cable connection.

* If you have the BigPond Turbo USB Mobile Card (MF633BP or MF633BP+) or the BigPond Elite™ USB Mobile Card (Sierra Wireless USB306 or USB308) and you are Windows user, the installation CD is not required. These mobile cards are Plug and Play devices, so simply plug them in and follow the instructions.
- Actual speeds vary due to factors such as distance from the cell, local conditions, user numbers, hardware, software and download source.
- With a BigPond Elite™ device, typical customer download speeds are 550kbps to 3Mbps in other coverage areas and typical upload speeds of 300kbps to 1Mbps in other coverage areas. With the BigPond Turbo™ USB, typical upload speeds are 300kbps to 1Mbps in other coverage areas.
