Things you should know

  1. You do not have to be a BigPond Member to be eligible for Premium Hosting Plans.
  2. You can purchase additional web space if required for an additional fee.
  3. The monthly data limit is the maximum amount of data that can be downloaded from your site each month. A per-MB fee will be charged if this allowance is exceeded. Unused Monthly Usage will be forfeited at the end of each month.
  4. Domain name charges apply.
  5. In addition to the excess data transfer charges above, if the ratio of the outgoing data to incoming data exceeds 6:1 and outgoing data exceeds 1TB, a fee of 10c per MB per month will be charged for all outgoing data sent in excess of the 6:1 ratio. Note that 1 TB = 1000 gigabytes.
