1. What is the special offer?
Apply for BigPond Broadband between 1 September 2003 and 12 October 2003 (inclusive) unless otherwise determined by Telstra, on any 18 month contract, and receive a credit of $120 on your bill.

2. How will I receive my $120 off?
We will give you $120 off your first Broadband bill, which will come the month after your connection is installed.

3. What Broadband installations are eligible for the $120 saving?
All successful Broadband Cable, ADSL and Satellite applications lodged between 1 September 2003 and 12 October 2003, including applications for self-installation kits and professional installations. You must commit to an 18 month contract to be eligible for the $120 saving. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.

4. When will I receive my $120 credit?
You will receive the $120 credit on your first BigPond Broadband bill once you have successfully connected. Satellite customers will have the discount immediately debited upon application.

5. I purchased my BigPond Broadband ADSL self-install kit from a retail outlet. Does this offer apply to me?
Yes. If you purchase a BigPond Broadband ADSL Self-Install Kit from a retail outlet, you are still eligible to get the $120 back. You will receive a $120 credit on your first bill.

6. What retail outlets can I purchase a BigPond Broadband ADSL Self Install Kit from?
Any Telstra Shop, as well as selected Harvey Norman, Fone Zone, OfficeWorks, Myer Megamarts, Clive Peeters, Crazy Johns, & Leading Edge stores. Call your nearest retailer to find out more.

7. Can I use this in conjunction with another BigPond Broadband offer?
No. This special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.

8. I applied for my service before 12 October, but it was not installed until after 12 October. Will I still get the $120 credit?
Yes. The special offer applies to successful Broadband applications received between 1 September and 12 October 2003. You will receive the $120 credit on your bill regardless of when your service is installed and connected.

9. Is there any credit available if I take a shorter contract term?
No. The $120 special offer is only available if you join any 18 month contract for your BigPond Broadband service.
